These Terms of Service are provided by Olivas Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using Latch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Latch is a logic puzzle game provided for your personal entertainment. You may use it only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
Latch does not use accounts, and there is nothing to sign up for. Your puzzle progress, streak, and settings are stored only on your device.
Because your progress is stored locally, it is not backed up by us and cannot be recovered. Deleting the app, or losing or resetting your device, will permanently erase your progress. We are not able to restore it.
Latch is free to play and supported by advertising. The app displays banner ads, occasional full-screen ads between puzzles, and optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch to continue after running out of mistakes.
Rewarded ads are always optional. Declining one never removes access to any part of the game — you can restart the puzzle instead.
Ads are served by Google AdMob, and the advertisements themselves are created by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of any advertisement or any website or app it links to.
We do not collect personal information about you. See our Privacy Policy for details on what the app's advertising and analytics providers collect and how to control it.
Latch, including its name, design, artwork, and puzzle content, is owned by Olivas Labs LLC. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.
We may update, change, or discontinue the app, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We may also add, remove, or modify puzzles and game features.
Latch is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects, or that any puzzle will be solvable in the manner you expect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olivas Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of game progress.
Latch is not directed at children under the age of 13. If you are a minor, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian before using the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
